Leadership delivery track visual

Use Leadership when the chosen change is not blocked by the tools, but by weak ownership and weak decision flow. We step in as an interim control layer so cross-team delivery can move.

This is a fit-specific overlay, not a default stage. It is for engagements where multiple functions touch the work and nobody has enough authority or rhythm to keep an AI-supported or agentic business change governed.

Use this when

  • several teams need to move around one chosen change in the business
  • ownership and decision rights are unclear
  • the initiative keeps stalling between leadership intent and delivery reality
  • the work needs interim operating-model control to stop drifting between sponsors

Do not use this when

  • one team already owns the work cleanly
  • the setup is straightforward and governance is not the blocker
  • there is no sponsor willing to back the work with real decision access

What we take over

  • interim coordination across sponsors, owners, and delivery leads
  • decision cadence, escalation paths, and operating boundaries
  • priority alignment around the work that actually has to move
  • governance until the model is stable enough to hand back

What your team needs to bring

  • at least one sponsor with real decision access
  • access to the people who own the major constraints
  • willingness to enforce ownership and escalation instead of keeping everything ambiguous

How this track runs

  • We review where leadership intent is losing operational force.
  • We set the operating model, roles, and decision paths.
  • We run the cadence needed to keep the work governable.
  • We stay close until the model is stable enough to return to internal ownership.

What you leave with

  • clearer ownership and decision rights
  • a working review and escalation rhythm
  • stronger governance around rollout and change
  • delivery that no longer stalls between teams

What this is not

This is not a permanent management replacement.

This is not an abstract advisory retainer.

This is not required for every engagement.

This is not the right choice when one clear owner can already move the work cleanly.

Often runs alongside

These tracks often run in parallel when the work needs extra coordination or sustained control.
